Questions About Our Door-to-Door Laundry Service

Pickup and Delivery Questions

Our service runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders picked up on Friday cannot be delivered until Monday at the earliest.

All orders must be scheduled online through our website. You can select your pickup/delivery days and service preferences at checkout.

That’s fine! You simply need to note this when scheduling and clearly describe where our driver can safely find your laundry bag for pickup and where they should leave your clean, folded laundry upon delivery.

No. For liability reasons and the safety of your property and our drivers, our service is strictly door-to-door. All laundry must be left in an easily accessible, exterior location (e.g., front porch, secure vestibule).

The credit or debit card you enter when scheduling your order online will be kept securely on file and used for billing.

You are only charged once your laundry order is completed, weighed, and delivered back to you.

If the weather is not ideal, we ask that you call us at (219) 237-9380 as soon as possible to make arrangements for another pickup/delivery time or to ensure your bag is protected.

Absolutely! You can easily put your recurring service on hold via your online account when you are traveling. Please ensure any changes are made before the scheduled pickup day to avoid a $10 missed pickup fee.
